Everyone gathered at the front of the old Municipal building as the groups involved in Carnival organized themselves ready for the parade and the performances they would give.
There weren't as many people as usual, but this was definitely a standout Carnival irregardless. The performers braved the very chilly temperatures of around 9 C degrees and gave their all. Click on Page 3 below for more.
