The Karamela Cafe in Vathy, opposite the port, has been bringing a surprise or two to the island in terms of entertainment, since it opened its' doors. The Open Jazz Trio are Greek, but spend much time in the Netherlands playing their cool jazz. Very impressive sound with trumpet, double bass and drums, playing accoustically. It was a pleasant way to spend a very warm Summers' night in the Capital of Ithaca, Vathy. |
