Billy is the father of 2 adult children, Leanne and Denis, with whom he runs the family business of Vasilopoulos Construction, Transport and Hardware in Stavros and Vathy. He is Ithacan born, a local of Stavros, but spent many years in Zimbabwe Africa where he worked and started a family. He's been back on Ithaca for over 20 years working hard building up a business for himself and his family. Billy is a much respected personality of the Northern island.
